Arena events require accreditation through the venue and the event organiser, which we arrange before the date — camera positions and rigging are agreed with the venue in advance.

Event coverage starts from AED 3,000, full-day multi-camera conference coverage from AED 7,500, hotel content packages from AED 6,500, and motorsport days from AED 5,500. Yas venues sometimes charge their own media or location fees, which are additional and identified upfront.

Yes, subject to the circuit's accreditation and safety process. Trackside access is tightly controlled and major events may carry exclusive broadcast rights that limit third-party filming, so we confirm permitted positions with race control and the organiser before the day.

Almost always, yes. Yas is made up of managed properties — the circuit, Etihad Arena, the theme parks, the hotels, Yas Mall — and each has its own filming policy and approval route. We handle these approvals in pre-production and build the lead time into the schedule.

Yes. Activations at Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, Yas Waterworld and SeaWorld are arranged through each park's media and marketing team. Park filming usually has constraints on guest visibility and ride access, which we plan around.
