Off-plan developers face a specific content challenge: they need to sell a property that does not exist yet. Render quality and video production standards have risen dramatically among buyers and investor advisors. A launch film that looked impressive in 2020 now signals a low-confidence developer. At the same time, construction progress content needs to be produced continuously across a 24 to 36-month build cycle.
Our Solution
We work with developers across the full project lifecycle. Pre-launch, we produce CGI-integrated films blending architectural renders with Dubai lifestyle footage. At public launch, we deliver a hero launch film, a social package of 6 to 12 short-form videos, photography for press and brokers, and a drone survey of the site. During construction, we provide monthly or quarterly progress content packages. At handover, we produce unit walk-through videos and the official handover photography suite.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Can you work with CGI renders and architectural visualisations?
Yes. We work with renders supplied by your visualisation studio or we can coordinate with UAE-based CGI firms. We composite render sequences with live footage, drone, and lifestyle material into a seamless launch film.
What is the minimum lead time for an off-plan launch film?
A standard launch film with CGI integration requires a minimum of four weeks from brief to delivery. Rush production in two to three weeks is possible for established clients with existing render libraries.
Do you provide Arabic language versions?
Yes. We offer Arabic voice-over, Arabic caption overlays, and right-to-left subtitle formatting as standard add-ons. All Arabic content is reviewed by a native speaker before delivery.
Can you document construction progress on a retainer basis?
Yes. We offer quarterly and monthly construction documentation retainers, typically including one shoot day per period with drone, still photography, and a 60-second progress update video.
What file formats do you deliver for launch events?
For launch events we deliver ProRes master files for the main screen, H.264 MP4 for laptop and tablet playback, and a 4K JPEG photography package. A looping 30-second silent version for display screens is also available.
Do you deliver DLD-compliant content?
Yes. All video and photography for Dubai real estate marketing is produced with DLD disclosure requirements in mind, including required watermarks and disclaimer text on all marketing materials.
