We treat every villa shoot as an editorial production. We arrive before sunrise for exterior twilight shots, use professional lighting rigs for interior rooms, schedule the pool and garden session for the golden hour, and fly the drone during the optimal window for shadows and colour. The final asset set covers still photography, a cinematic walkthrough video, a 60-second Instagram Reel, and a dedicated drone aerial sequence.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How long does a luxury villa shoot take?
A full production day runs 8 to 10 hours covering exterior twilight at sunrise, interior photography mid-morning, pool and garden golden hour in late afternoon, and exterior twilight at sunset. For very large properties we recommend a two-day shoot.
Do you include drone photography in the villa package?
Yes. Drone is included in our luxury villa package as standard. All pilots hold GCAA-approved licences and we obtain the necessary no-objection certificates. Palm Jumeirah and Downtown Dubai require DCAA approval, which we coordinate.
What is the turnaround time for delivery?
Standard delivery is 5 to 7 working days from the shoot date. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for an additional fee.
Can you shoot furnished and unfurnished villas?
Yes to both. For unfurnished villas, we bring key staging props to ensure the photography reads as aspirational rather than empty. Virtual staging is also available as an add-on.
Do you work with real estate agencies directly?
Yes. We have ongoing retainer arrangements with several Dubai luxury real estate agencies, including per-listing packages and monthly flat-fee arrangements for high-volume teams.
Can the video include branded agency intros and outros?
Yes. We deliver the hero video with your agency branding, logo, contact details, and any regulatory disclosures required by the Dubai Land Department as standard.
