COMMON QUESTIONS
How long does a full resort content shoot take?
Most resort shoots run two to three days depending on the number of room categories and F&B venues. We schedule across multiple light conditions — early morning for exteriors and pool, afternoon for interiors, and evening for F&B ambience.
Do you handle GCAA drone permits for resort aerials?
Yes. All our drone operators hold GCAA-approved licences and we manage the no-objection certificate process for resort locations. Coastal properties sometimes require additional coastal authority clearance, which we also coordinate.
Can you provide assets formatted for OTA platforms?
We deliver all room photography in the aspect ratios and resolutions required by Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb Luxe as standard. We can also supply metadata-tagged image packages for direct upload into your channel manager.
Do you work with resorts outside Dubai?
We cover all UAE emirates regularly, including Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Abu Dhabi. Travel and accommodation for shoots outside Dubai are factored into the project quote.
What is included in your quarterly content top-up packages?
Quarterly packages typically include a half-day shoot refreshing seasonal content for F&B menus, any refurbished rooms, and updated pool or beach lifestyle imagery. Deliverables are agreed at the start of each quarter based on your upcoming campaigns.
Can you match content to our global brand guidelines?
Yes. We work with resort group brand guidelines regularly, including colour grading, talent wardrobe direction, and prop standards. Please share your brand deck before the shoot.
