Finding a studio for rent in Dubai is straightforward. Finding the right studio — one where the infrastructure works, the equipment is maintained, the team is professional, and the space is genuinely flexible enough for what you are producing — takes more investigation. Who Rents Our Dubai Studio

Our studio space is used by three broad groups. Independent photographers and videographers who need a professional space for client shoots — portrait, fashion, product — without the overhead of owning a permanent studio. Production companies and advertising agencies that need a controlled environment for commercial shoots. And brands and content creators who want to shoot their own content in a professional environment rather than adapting an office meeting room or renting an Airbnb apartment.

Each group uses the space differently, and we have configured the studio to work well for all three. The lighting is set up to be quick to move and adjust, which matters for an independent photographer who needs to turn around three different setups in a four-hour booking. The production facilities — power supply, internet, makeup room, holding area — are adequate for a full commercial crew of 15-20 people.

Studio Specifications

The main shooting floor is 180 square metres with a ceiling height of 4.5 metres — sufficient for most commercial productions including car interior shoots, large product installations, and multi-subject fashion shoots. The cyclorama wall spans 6 metres of the shooting floor with a 3-metre radius curve at the base. Background paper rolls are available in 18 standard colours.

Power supply is 32-amp three-phase for professional lighting loads — sufficient to run the largest studio strobes without tripping. WiFi is gigabit throughout the studio, connected to a dedicated fibre line rather than shared building internet, which matters for cloud-based tethering and file transfer during commercial shoots. Air conditioning is zoned and can be set to different temperatures in the shooting floor and prep areas independently.

Lighting and Equipment Included

The studio is stocked with Profoto strobes — the D2 monolights and B10 Plus portables. The modifier collection includes Profoto softboxes in three sizes, an Octa, a beauty dish, gridded spots, and a range of reflectors and diffusion panels. All of this is included in the studio hire rate without additional equipment fee. Camera equipment — bodies, lenses, tethering cables — is available to rent separately and is not included in the base rate.

Green Screen Facility

The studio can be configured for green screen production with professional chroma-key fabric or paper background, even and graduated lighting designed to avoid green colour spill that makes keying difficult, and sufficient distance between subject and background for proper depth. For productions requiring high-quality keying — commercial work where the replacement background needs to look real — we recommend the full studio setup with our lighting team rather than a self-operated rental.

Booking and Availability

The studio operates seven days a week from 7:00 to 22:00 with extended hours available for overnight productions. We recommend booking a minimum of 48 hours in advance for standard half-day and full-day bookings, and one week in advance for multi-day productions or productions requiring extensive pre-production rigging. Popular dates book out 2-3 weeks ahead.
