We schedule family graduation sessions around the ceremony day, either before the ceremony (allowing 45–60 minutes for portraits when everyone is dressed and fresh) or after (capturing the celebration energy but managing the fatigue and schedule constraints of a ceremony day). Institutional graduation ceremony coverage for Dubai's universities and schools requires a different approach from individual portrait sessions. We deploy multiple photographers — one focused on stage coverage (the moment of diploma receipt), one covering the audience and family reactions, one running a dedicated portrait station — to ensure complete coverage without any moment being missed. Our ceremony coverage is used by the institution for its marketing materials, alumni communications, and archival record, as well as being made available to individual graduates and their families via a searchable online gallery sorted by graduate name.
