What Makes Our Event Videography Different in Practice

Syed Mazhar Zaidi runs a parallel editing workflow during larger events — pre-cutting begins on a second machine while the shoot is still running, so the social cut is ready within 2–4 hours of the event ending. Our standard full-day setup is three cameras: one locked wide on the stage for every speaker moment and award presentation, one roving for crowd energy and speaker close-ups, one handheld for the candid and unscripted. It is the difference between a broadcast-quality event film and a recording that looks like one person walking around with a camera. For larger conferences and multi-stage events, we scale up — five cameras on request for GITEX-scale events at DWTC.

For outdoor activations and beachfront events, GCAA-licensed drone aerials add the establishing scale that no ground camera can replicate. The way a crowd looks from 50 metres up is a completely different story. Speaker interview packages — on-camera talking heads shot during natural breaks in the run-of-show — deliver a separate internal communications asset alongside the event highlight film at no additional shoot day cost. For government and UAE national brand clients, we produce full bilingual Arabic-English packages with separate narration tracks and Arabic title cards on request.
